Our evolution from a home delivery company to a community network
For years, we have been dedicated to the distribution of wellness. The Magic Cooker, an innovative cooking optimizer, is our flagship product. Thanks to the continuous requests of our customers, we have expanded our catalog to better meet their needs.
The COVID-19 period, despite the general difficulties, was a springboard for us. With people forced to stay at home, our kitchen utensils recorded record sales, contributing to a significant increase in our turnover. However, the last two years have been marked by challenges such as inflation and global conflicts, which have eroded the purchasing power of the majority of the population.
Faced with this new reality, we decided to transform our business model from a traditional home delivery to a community network. This change was born from the need to respond to the pressing needs of consumers to save money while maintaining high product quality. We have learned that reducing quality to reduce costs is not a real solution: cheap products often turn out to be harmful to health and short-lived.
Over the past seven years, we have grown to a pool of 183,000 loyal customers. Now we offer them the opportunity to join a stronger community, capable of purchasing smarter by eliminating intermediaries. This allows us to cut costs by up to 50%, making products more accessible and significantly expanding our catalog.
The strength of our community also allows us to negotiate with suppliers with greater leverage, keeping management costs low. This allows us to reserve a percentage of commission for group members who actively contribute to the expansion of our network.
